Let me share a few information about our QuickBooks Online Plans. 

QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant accounts have different features. QuickBooks Online Accountant has features and resources available only to accountants and bookkeepers.

You'll want to sign up for QuickBooks Online Accountants first and then export lists from your existing account and import them to your new QuickBooks Online for Accountants. Let me show you how to transfer data: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right and select Export data.
3. Select or toggle the data you'll want to export in the Reports tab. 
4. Click Export to Excel.
5. Do the same steps and click the Lists tab and then Export to Excel.

Then, use these steps to import into your QuickBooks Online Accountant account. 

1. Access your QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Click the Gear icon and select Import data.
3. Select the first data to import. 
4. Open the file you just downloaded.
5. Map the fields and follow the onscreen instructions until you've successfully imported your lists.

Do the same steps to the rest of the lists you'll want to import. For more details, you can click see Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

If there are data that can't be exported and imported, I'd suggest entering them manually or connect your bank to the new account. After you're done transferring files, you can cancel the QuickBooks Online account to avoid double charges.
