Quickbooks POS

I am a Quickbooks POS user, I am interested in updating but my options are 60% off if I sign up for the merchant service or 20% off if I upgrade without merch service. From the percentages I was offered it would cost more money, why can't I just upgrade

Can you tell me how to upgrade?  Should I go to my intuit account?

At this time we are running Quickbooks Pro 12.0 with 4 workstations,  am I correct that there is no longer support for 12.0?

Hey there, @KHRabon

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

You're correct. As our versions of QuickBooks are updated, our tools to support them are also, which means that our tools will only operate on QuickBooks' newer releases. We support our products for up to 3 years. For example, currently, we support 2020-2018. Once 2021 releases, we will then support 2021-2019.

Check out QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information for more details.

Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. You can reach out to the Community at any time. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day!
