Since you're unable to access QuickBooks Tool Hub because of the login issue, I recommend contacting our QB Desktop phone support. They will be able to help you fix the login and can also check about the other issue you have.
Here's how:
- Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- In the Have a Question? window, enter a topic.
- Click Contact us.
- Hit the Stat Messaging button.
