Receipt forwarding used to work. Now I get an error email every time. Already chatted, they're "working on it" for several cases. Anyone know an ETA for QBO fixing this?

It started 2 or 3 weeks ago, I believe. I have gone in and switched receipt forwarding off and back on for myself and it did nothing. I am an admin. Again, it USED to work just fine

We don't have a turn around time for the complete resolution for the issue about receipt forwarding in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.

  6. Type in your contact info.
