I'm glad you've joined us here today, jwdkayani123.

I'd like to add some information about the QBO certification exam. Let me share them with you so you can get started.

QuickBooks Online 2018 exam, requires to re-answer all of the questions in any section you failed. For prior years, you'll only have to re-answer the questions you got wrong.

You can read this article to know more about the frequently asked questions about ProAdvisor Certification.

I've also added this handy article about ProAdvisor certification information for your reference.

Please know that I'll be around to help if you have other questions so don't hesitate to reach out. Have a nice day ahead.

I have the same question, So is that mean just that one section that we missed, is the only exam we have to retake, NOT the whole 8 sections? Because I only missed one, which I answered correct 8 out of 10 which I technically should passed that section... Please give me some good news that I only have to retake one section.

I'm bringing good news to you, CF0614. You'll only be answering the questions in any section you've failed.

This means that you'll only retake one section.
