Is there a way for me to export the scanned receipts?

It's nice to see you in the Community. I'm here to help share a way to export your scanned receipts in QuickBooks.

You can export the receipts by uploading an attachment. You can add, edit, and download images or documents using this feature.

Let me show you how:

On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear Icon.
Select All Lists.
Under Lists, click Attachments.
Click the Attachments tab to select the file you want to attach.
You can also select Export from the Batch actions for your uploaded attachments.

That should do it. If you need help in going through the steps, you can always contact the QuickBooks Online Chat support for assistance.

Hello there, Karin.

We're unable to import the attachments in QuickBooks Online. You'll want to manually attach the documents/pictures in each transaction.

Here's how:

Open the transaction.
Click Attachments.
Choose a document/picture, then click Open.
Click Save and close or Save and new.
