Hello, nht48823.
I appreciate the screenshot you've provided. Allow me to help and route you to the right support.
I've checked and verified that we have reported issues with other users being unable to create a scheduled backup. We've already submitted a ticket about this issue and our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.
While they do, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Support. This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-24197. Any progress will be communicated via email.
In case you want to learn more about creating a backup and renaming your company file, check out these articles:

Please extend your patience while we're working for the permanent fix. Don't hesitate to drop me a line if you have other QuickBooks concerns. Have a good one.
any update for Scheduling future backups ... I first reported my issue in February now its June
Hi there, trho2010.
According to our records, the status of the investigation is still open.
For now, we do not have an estimated time frame when the issue will be resolved. In the mean time, you can continue manually making your daily backups or use Intuit Data Protect to backs up your files and folders automatically once a day. Here's article about this feature: Make a backup with Intuit Data Protect.
We'll also revisit this thread to post an update as soon it becomes available. Let me know if you need anything else.
