We have multiple service brands and need to email invoices from different email addresses. Can we create multiple email addresses in QB? We're using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2018.

I want to make sure you're able to email invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.
Presently, you're able to add multiple email addresses in QuickBooks using Webmail. Let me guide you how to do that:
Click the Edit menu.
Choose Send Forms.
Select Web Mail, then Add.
Fill out the Add Email Info, then OK.
Select OK to save the changes.
Do the same thing to add a new email.
When you send your forms, you now have the option to choose which email to use. Please see screenshot below:
