One of the reasons is that the new user might need to have full access in order to view the projects tab. I can't really recommend an app that would perfectly cater to your business need. The good thing is that you can choose a variety of apps and you can find it inside QuickBooks.
To find an app in QuickBooks, here's how:
- On the left navigation pane, select Apps.
- Go to the Find Apps tab, then enter the app name.
- You can also select the Browse category dropdown to check out different apps.
