Good day, @67FARMER.
Thanks for sharing a screenshot of your concern. Let me join in this conversation and help you sort out the bin locations in your reports.
For the steps shared by my colleague DivinaMercy_N, you have to enable first the Multiple Inventory Sites feature. This way, you'll see Inventory Site List from the List menu. I'll show you how:
Once done, you can now follow the rest of the steps to filter the report and show 10 bin locations.
By setting your own preferences, you can also customize reports in QuickBooks to fit your personal style and business needs.
In case you want to take your reports out of QuickBooks and analyze them in Microsoft Excel, simply save them as Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV spreadsheets, or PDFs.
Let me know if you need further assistance in handling your data in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I'll be more than happy to help. Have a good one.
okay i got to that but can't seem to make it do a section of 10. Like if i wanted to count bins 10-20. i how i put that in. i get the report to show bin 120 but not in succession.
also how do i get bin 1 or bin 2 or bin 3 without listing all bins that have a 1 or 2 in the bin location. So our bin locations are simple 1-335 with some that have words like van or wall.
Let's continue customizing your report to print a certain number of bin locations, @67FARMER.
You'll have to manually select the number of bin locations to show up on your report before printing. Saying you need a list from 1-10, you'll have to choose them individually. I've got you these screenshots for reference.
I'm adding this reference with topics you can use to understand more about your inventory reports: Create and Run Inventory Reports in QuickBooks Enterprise Suite.

We set BIN locations as a custom field when you set the part up in inventory
Hey there, @67FARMER.
Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. I appreciate you giving us some background of how you set the BIN locations up in your inventory.
At this time, custom fields don't sort by numbers or the way you requested. The best way to see the information on the report is by using the steps and details my colleagues gave above.
I'll go ahead and send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in the next available update. You can always keep a eye out on our Blog site to see what's new in the product.
For future reference, check out this guide about customizing reports.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. I want to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed. Bye for now!
