Starting using Assisted Payroll

I am still being charged for Enhanced Payroll in which I would have thought they knew that when I told them I was starting with Assisted and therefore duh I won't be using Enhanced anymore.

Do you think we should change the name QuickBooks to QuickFraud?

We wanted to help you get this straightened out. However, for us to see your payroll plan you'll need to contact us. Please click on the Help menu and click QuickBooks Desktop Help. For some security reasons, we can't discuss account information here in the Community. 

 

You can also view your QuickBooks subscription online by logging into CAMPS. Here's how: 

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Log in with your Intuit account info.
  3. Find your app or subscription from the Products & Services list.
  4. Select Details.

Does anybody know how much Assisted Payroll is for 2 employees on salary. Aside from charging me for Enhanced, 

after I Enrolled in Assisted, I have a new charge on my personal 

CC for $479.0 + 200$ fines for sending our info 2 hours after

their deadline, This is adding up fast, total after enrollment is 

6 weeks into it Is $1160.00 approx.
