How to add a subtotal on a quickbooks desktop for a transaction report?
not in QB, export to excel is all there is for that

@Rustler is right. You can export the report to Excel and add a subtotal from there.

Adding this option in QBDT’s Custom reports is currently unavailable. Let me take note of this idea and pass it along to the appropriate department for consideration in future product enhancements.
