Thanks for reaching out to the Community, chip7.
The error you’re receiving is already reported to our engineers (INV-51981). They’re all hands on deck working for a permanent fix.
Alternatively, print the transactions one at a time. If you continue to get the same result, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. One of our specialists will ask for personal data to help you sign up for the list of affected users. You’ll receive an email once more there’s progress about the investigation.
Here’s how to reach them:
- Click on the Help icon at the top to display the QB Assistant window.
- Choose Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- From the option, choose Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a callback.
For future reference, here’s a guide that contains resources to help printing problems: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.
I appreciate your patience while we’re working through this. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with. I’m more than happy to lend a helping hand. Have a good one.
