Tax Forms Not Printing

I'm here to help print tax forms in QuickBooks Desktop, @SarahB2640.

There a possible reason why you can't print tax forms in your QBDT. See the some of the causes of these errors below:

• Could not print to printer.
• There is a problem connecting to your selected printer, Microsoft XPS Document writer on XPS port.
• The device is not ready.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to sort this out:

1. Close your QuickBooks Desktop file.
2. Download our QuickBooks Tool Hub and then Open the file once finished.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to install the program.
4. Double click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
5. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, choose Program Problems.
6. Click on the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. 

Attempt to print your tax forms in QuickBooks Desktop again.

You may also get the newest tax table to stay up to date by downloading this. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Employees menu
2. Choose Get Payroll Updates.
3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
4. Click Download Latest Update.
