The error message (banking error 377) that you've encountered means that QuickBooks is unable to download the latest available transactions because the connection with your bank needs to be updated.
You can follow these steps to update your account to the new connection type:
Once your transactions are in, it's time to match and categorize them. Then, reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.

Hey there! This did not work at all. I selected the Update option, it presented a circle like it's refreshing and went back to the same state it was in. Currently, I have both accounts saying Balance updated on 12/11/2020.
Do you think I can remove the accounts and then re-link? I don't want to have to categorize all the transactions again though.
I resolved this. All I did was Edit the Account Info>Checked the box to disconnect account on save>I then selected to Link account>I was able to choose the account I selected last time>I was also able to put in a date so I didn't have to review back from 1/1/2020...in this case I chose 12/11/2020. I'll now go back to that activity and probably delete any duplicate 12/11/2020 transactions I already confirmed.
Hello @accounting-lixok, thanks for the update! I'm glad you were able to reconnect to your bank. Let me know if you need any help deleting those duplicate transactions. :)
