Try signing in again, and check for typos and other errors. If that doesn't work, try signing in on the Mazuma Credit Union site. (377). Any help is appreciated.

I'm able to sign into my account directly on their website. Issue is directly with QBs not able to connect to my bank.

I can help you fix that, accounting-lixok.

The error message (banking error 377) that you've encountered means that QuickBooks is unable to download the latest available transactions because the connection with your bank needs to be updated.

You can follow these steps to update your account to the new connection type:

  1. Select Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
  4. Select the Update Now link from the Let's fix this bank connection banner.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the connection.

Once your transactions are in, it's time to match and categorize them. Then, reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.

Hey there! This did not work at all. I selected the Update option, it presented a circle like it's refreshing and went back to the same state it was in. Currently, I have both accounts saying Balance updated on 12/11/2020.

Do you think I can remove the accounts and then re-link? I don't want to have to categorize all the transactions again though.

I resolved this. All I did was Edit the Account Info>Checked the box to disconnect account on save>I then selected to Link account>I was able to choose the account I selected last time>I was also able to put in a date so I didn't have to review back from 1/1/2020...in this case I chose 12/11/2020. I'll now go back to that activity and probably delete any duplicate 12/11/2020 transactions I already confirmed.
