Helping you achieve your task is our top priority, hpinion-ergaeros.

I'm here to make sure you'll be able to successfully convert your desktop file to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our QuickBooks Support Team can check and have this investigated. I'd suggest reaching out to them to determine the main cause of this.

QuickBooks Online:

For the old Help menu interface:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button.
  3. Type your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

For the new Help menu:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

QuickBooks Desktop:

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. This will display the Contact Us screen.
  4. Go to the Tell us more about your question section to enter the issue or topic in the field box.
  5. Click the Search button to display the Start a Message button.

Additionally, I've added our Getting Started With QBO guide for reference. This contains articles that'll help you in achieving your future tasks.

Feel welcome to get back on this thread if you'll need assistance in managing your QBO transactions. We're always here to help you.

I can't get a human to talk to me to save my life. An intuit robot just called and said we're connecting you and then hung up on me.

Hello there, @hpinion-ergaeros.

I can help you reach our Care Support team. You can reinitiate to contact us and choose the callback option. You can follow my colleague's steps above to reach them back. Once a robot will ask you to wait for a moment or minute later, support from QuickBooks will connect and listen to assist you.

If this won't work, I'd suggest using the links below to chat with us so we can get you up and running.

I've added an article for other ways to export information from QuickBooks Desktop: Import and export data in QuickBooks Desktop.

See Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online article for more details about the importing process. Visit our Bring in your data page for more insights about importing your data.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about file management in QuickBooks. Take care!

@hpinion-ergaeros

Make sure your Total Targets < 350K and you are migrating data from a recent version (i.e QBD 2018-2021) to QBO.

If you are still hit the wall, contact Support and ask for Data Service to fix the file. Otherwise consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.
