Join nowI saw on my credit card bill a charge from QuickBooks desktop, which I didn't make. It's a sufficient amount, and I need it refunded since I didn't make it! What do I do?
I saw on my credit card bill that QuickBooks desktop charged me $299.95 (on August 24th 2020 it posted to my card) which I did not authorize!! What do I do to get that fraudulent charge reversed!!???? All the phone numbers I've called don't have live people to talk to! Looking forward to your response
Hi there, Lyonspride.
I'm here to help you determine the charge on your credit card.
You can go to the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to see what you paid for. From there, you'll be able to see anything billed in the last two years. Here's how to check it:
I'd also encourage getting in touch with our Customer Care Team if you need further clarification about the charge. Additionally, our representative can reverse the charge for you. Please know that we're changing our Desktop support from phone to messaging since it is the quickest and most secure way for customers to find answers and get next-level assistance. Here's how to connect with us.
You can also go to our contact web page intuit.me/qbdt to message us if you cannot open your product. To ensure that we address your concerns on time, you'll want to check our support hours first.
I've included an article that will help you manage the credit card or account you use to pay for QuickBooks Desktop and services like payroll: Change your payment method.
As always, I'm just a post away if you have any other concerns or additional questions.
What a lousy response to his problem. Lyonspride states the exact amount and date of the transaction.
