Using costs under costumer job for several costumers

Due to the nature of my business, I need to split billable costs captured within a costumer job among different costumers (usually 3). To Further explain:

I have a Job that has the following billable items:

A-10,000

B-10,000

C-10,000

If I generate the invoice for a single costumer would be $30,000. However, the service needs to be divided by 3 different costumers resulting in 3 new invoices and the billing 1/3 of Item A, B and C to each one.

Thanks for your advice,

Miguel

You can have each line item billable to different customers, Miguel Roman.

Here's how:

  1. Click Enter Bills, then choose the vendor.
  2. Enter the item and the amount.
  3. In the Customer:Job column, choose one customer.
  4. Do the same in the next line item.
  5. Click Save & Close.
