Verbiage in Online version

I've noticed some unusual changes to the verbiage on my online account. Instead of "Sales" in the left hand nav, it says "You go out".

Also, when I left a bill payment, the button used to say Leave, not is says "And it is"

Verbiage in Online version

Hi there, @mbrautnick.

Thanks for letting us know. Let's get this sorted out to change your QuickBooks Online (QBO) left menu bar back to Sales option

We haven't received any similar reports about this issue, and I appreciate you for taking the time to report this. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps by logging in to QBO using a private browser or incognito window. This mode allows you to do a clean search, free from the influence of previous browsing history and network.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+P

If it works fine with the private browser, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh. The next time you log in to QuickBooks Online, your browser will download fresh copies of everything you see on each page. Any cache-related issues should be cleared up.

If the issue still persists, I recommend calling our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and investigate this further.

Here's how you can contact our phone support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live agent.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be here if you have any other questions. Wishing you and your business continued success.
