We Have QB desktop that is hosted by RightNetworks cloud. We also use Intuit payroll services for our weekly payroll (all is direct deposit) Last week RightNetworks was down for two days and I had to do my payroll from my home computer. It went through

RightNetworks was down for 2 days last week and I had to do payroll from my home computer. Anyway, doing the payroll from home worked but it not on our cloud hosted computer at work.  Don't want to duplicate the payroll but need YTD amounts correct for employees.  Really could use someone to explain it to, but I guess you don't phone support anymore! I was going to backup home computer and restore to cloud service (even though I would have to reenter everything for two days, but my home computer version is newer version than cloud version and backup was upgraded

  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help or you can press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Click the Contact us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter a short description of you concern. Something like "RightNetworks was down" and click the Search button.
  5. Select Get a callback to talk to our specialist.
