QuickBooks recently updated the way to contact our support team. You can reach them by signing in to your account, selecting the Help menu at the top, then choosing QuickBooks Desktop Help.

I can't get my 1099s to print. I have tried your suggestions and still cannot get them to print. I pay a lot of money every year for QB support and would like to have some today.

If you're stuck in printing your 1099s, Let me get you information on this issue.
If it is still not printing correctly, sometimes your web browser can cause the issues on why your printer won't print your 1099 forms correctly. I recommend using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. If you're using another browser besides the ones provided, try switching.
Chrome:
Still doesn't align, on the print window, click the drop-down for More Settings to verify Fit to page not selected in the Scale drop-down.
Firefox:
If you still have a hard time trying to get it printed, I recommend calling our Customer Care Support Team. They'll have the tools {Screen-shares, etc.} to look further into the issue.
