In May I had to upgrade from desktop 2017 to desktop 2020, which was fine. I went with the pro plus thinking that it was auto backed up... until last week when my computer crashed. I took it to Office Depot and they said they tried to back up what they could but ultimately had to put in a new hard drive. So, at home I downloaded the latest version, 2021, and waited for everything to appear. To my surprise, nothing from May to now showed up. And no one at QB can help me because I needed to have backed it up myself (yet I’m being assured that this pro plus version is doing that for me?). It’s the end of the year, I need to run taxes (941, W-2, etc) I’m terribly disappointed.
