If you're unable to open the QuickBooks Online app on your phone, you can uninstall and re-install it. You can open this link to begin the process: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/. Scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, and then click the Free Download button.

Any specific issue?
Very slow app for one and keeps signing out of account. Working from the browser is more usable and I have since removed the app.
Ironic that they advertise being the number one reason to use to desktop app: "1) Sign in and stay Connected: We'll keep you signed in so you can get to work faster"
