Why is my running balance hidden?

Let's perform a few steps to get those hidden balances displayed on your Banking and Chart of Accounts page.

First off, you have the option to click the drop-down button if you're in the Banking page to show your running balances.

Please see screenshot below for visual reference.

Secondly, here's how to show your running balances if you're in your Chart of Accounts:

1. Go to the Accounting page, then Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Select the checkbox for the QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance option.

Once done, it will add a new column showing your running balances.

Please know that you'll have to click Run report to those accounts with blank balances to show them under the balances column.
