Our engineers are still working for the permanent fix where customers are unable to change Workforce admin to invite employees and missing historical paystubs on the website.

This is insane! Workforce should work for everyone and work in the same manner. Why should we have to call support to get on a 'list' to be notified when this is fixed? It should be fixed across the board for EVERYONE. I tired of messing with it and my clients are tired of not getting their pay stubs!
I'd like to verify, are you unable to change workforce admin to invite employees? If so, this is a reported case and our engineers are still investigating the case. Rest assured we will let you know whenever an update is available.

No - in view my paycheck I was able to give a bookkeeper the ADMIN access to see ALL of the employees paystubs for review.
We have lost this ability with the new and unimproved workforce.
I had a lengthy post going that I and others have now been denied access to. WHY???
It was called Admin viewing of employee's paychecks in Workforce
There are many of us that are upset that we cannot give admin privileges to our bookkeepers.
Please ask the engineers if they are still trying to fix this AS PROMISED in the now deleted post.

I have contacted them several times as have other users. We have been told numerous times that this is being worked on. Actually its been close to a year now.
The original thread addressing this issue has been blocked. WHY? Does this mean we are being ignored and pushed out?
This must be fixed. It was taken away and needs to be put back into place.

I've checked the investigation status about this issue, and it still in progress. I understand how accessing paystub is very important to you. Rest assured our Product Engineers are still working on the permanent resolution for this on-going concern.

Also, I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. They're available from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and they have the tools to look up your account's history. Once updates are released, it will applied directly to your account. You'll also received an email notification about it.

Why was the original thread blocked???? To me and others it is telling us that QB is ignoring this until we give up.

PLUS - this is the same "copy and paste" stock answer that was always put in the last thread that was blocked!!! We're not stupid - we know when its a pre-written answer.

Maybe we all need to take our business elsewhere! QB was once a great program but when customer support cant give you an answer after a year then it's time to go elsewhere! They never should have 'tweaked' VMP. It was working just fine. Oddly, I have some clients who have no problems with Intuit Workforce, others cannot access it at all. Makes no sense whatsoever.
I want to ensure you get the support you need, so I'm going to stick with you until we're able to find a resolution to the issue. If you'd provide me with a bit of information so I can get the best solution.
Could you tell me more about what QuickBooks product you're using? (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop).
When you attempt to invite the employee to have access to Workforce, is there a specific error?
I'll continue researching possible solutions based on the information that I currently have and will be looking for your reply.
We are tired of getting the run around on this.
The issues my clients are having is:
1-Quick Books says invite has been sent but employee never receives it.
2-Quick Books does not give us the option to 'resend' invite.
3-If employee has changed emailed address, it won't let us send a invite to the new address.
4-IF they do receive the email inviting them to Workforce, when they try to set up account, it tells them no information is available.
Those are just four of the issues that come to mind regarding issues my clients are having.
I have called support, been added to 'the list' but I don't have any faith in 'the list'.
We just want this fixed and I believe I am speaking for everything who's having issues!

I want admin access for my clients in-house bookkeepers.
Employee access and invites have been working just fine.
I need to be able to give ADMIN access to the in-house bookkeepers so that they can see ALL of the employees paystubs. The inhouse staff should be able to see ALL of the paystubs at one time as they had been in VMP.
ADMIN access, this is what I am looking for.
This was already reported to our product engineers and they're now diligently working for a fix of this issue. As mentioned by my colleagues above, you'll automatically receive an email notification once a resolution or an update is released.

I have several clients that have employees who can't get workforce to work for them and can't view paystubs.

It is not a duplicate post. The people in the other post are not the same people in this post. The answers and replies are not the same except the "copy and paste" replies from the QB "experts".
The original people posting here were locked out. Somehow I found a way back in but the others don't know what's going on. How is this explained???
