Year printing 10/2/20 instead of 10/20/2020

I asked a question earlier but don't think I made it clear. I'm need the year to print 4 digits (2020) instead of 2 digits (20).

Anyone else know how to do this?  I can't find that option in preferences.

Thanks,

Debbie

Hi, @dmangolas.

I'm here to help you get back to running your business. It's a very smooth and easy process to find the option. Here's how:

1. Open QuickBooks.

2. Go to Edit

3. Select Preferences.

4. Choose General.

5. Click Company Preferences.

6. Checkmark the box beside of Always show years as 4 digits (1999).

That's it! This is a link that can give you more information about printing checks.

I'm only a post away if you have any other questions. Happy Wednesday!

@Candice C  Those are QB Windows preference the OP is using QB Mac. @dmangolas  To my knowledge there is no Mac preference to display a four digit year.
