real estate business and have agents i do not take taxes from their commission check and each agent is at a different pay scale, how do i do payroll?

i do not want w2 issued but a 1099 misc

You can set up your agents as contractors to ensure they receive a 1099 at the end of the year, @office325.

 

  1. In the My apps, navigate to Payroll.
  2. Select Contractors and click Add contractors.
  3. Enter their Name and Email.
  4. Click Add contractor to finish.
