Rebuild Data Results - Stuck Paycheck

I am trying to condense my company file. During the verification process I get this error. I have tried rebulding the file several times, restoring from a Portable File Backup, tried Desktop File Doctor - all to no avail. I am unsure what the masterrecordnum ID is or how to get to it to perhaps fix the error and get to where I can do the condense. Help!! Thank you in advance.

Let me help find another way to fix this error so you can condense your company file.

We can try running the reboot.bat for this specific error. Here's the article link for the steps you'll need to perform: Run reboot.bat to register QuickBooks Desktop files in Microsoft Windows.

If you still keep getting this error after following the steps, I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Care Support to get this issue escalated. They can access your account in a secure environment and further isolate the error at line 154.

Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
Choose your QuickBooks Product.
Select your QuickBooks Version.
On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to check your account and provide necessary steps to get this fixed. Here's how you can reach them:

Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
Make sure to select the QuickBooks product and version in the upper-right corner of the page.
In the first section, select Fix an Error. That's closely related to your concern.
Click the Get Phone Number button in the second section.

They have the tools to do further troubleshooting steps about the error.
