Receipts

Is anyone having a problem with the receipts feature? 

 

A transaction that is in the register will not match to an expense sitting in the receipts area.  The information is identical but will not match.  Please help.

Yes, we have an ongoing investigation with this, @GinaBCBO.

 

Some of our customers are experiencing the same behavior when trying to match their receipts to existing expense transactions. For now, our engineers are doing there best to fix the issue. We appreciate your patience while waiting for the response from our engineers.

 

As a workaround, you can manually add the receipt by opening the expense transaction itself and click on Show existing. Then, look for the receipt and click on Add. Please check the image below.

 

I also recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to add your account details to the list of affected users. This way, they can notify you if the updates about this issue are available.

 

You can follow these steps:

 

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter "Receipts not matching to existing expense transactions." in the description.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat to connect to a live support agent.
