I took an update about a month ago and since then I cannot get access to our company file. This is causing a massive problem for our company. Each time I try to set up a user or change a password or give privileges to access, intuit sends this pop-up. I have been trying for 4 long days,(consecutive) to gain access and to no avail. Whenever It reaches the stage where I should get a verification code to my cellphone, either, by adding an Intuit account or using the current intuit account, it doesn't work.

Also, make sure Internet Explorer is set as the default browser for QuickBooks and your computer meets the system requirement for the version you're using. Make sure you check this first, so we can verify if the error isn't a compatibility issue.

Open QuickBooks and click the Help menu.
Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
On the pop-up screen select Contact us.
Click the Search for Something else button then type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
Hit Search then scroll down to get your contact options.
