Let’s customize the Adobe PDF printer settings and then run the PDF & Print Repair tool to resolve the issue.
The process to update the printer setup depends on the browser you're using, click on this link for detailed steps. Next, update QuickBooks to the latest release to improve its performance and fix know issues while using the program.
In your company file, navigate to the Help menu and then select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
Choose the Update Now tab, then select the Reset Update option to erase all previous downloads.
Next, hit the Get Updates menu and click on OK to continue.
After completing the process, restart QuickBooks to install the new release.
Now, download and run the PDF Repair Tool. Click here to get the download link and proceed directly to Solution 1.
Then, open your QuickBooks and try printing the report again. If you get the same result, continue performing the troubleshooting steps in this article and go directly to Solution 2.
