Before performing some troubleshooting steps, may I know what's your bank provider? Have you encounter an error message? This way, I'll be able to check if there is an ongoing issue or investigation about this one.
In the meantime, let's try connecting your bank account in QBSE using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.
Here's how:
Then, try to reconnect your bank account again. For the steps and details, check out this article: Reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If it works, go back to your regular browser, then clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported browsers to be thorough.

Visit our Banking page for more insights about managing your bank transactions.
