refund for duplicate software subscriptions

How do I get a freund for a duplicate software subscription?

 

I purchased quick books in a local box chain store and then Intuit also charged me for a subscription. 

 

How can I get my money back?

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, Tag9. Depending on the product you purchased, you could be paying for an add on features that require a subscription. On the flip side, you could have signed up for a subscription and purchased a stand-alone product. I recommend that you contact our Support Team so they can look up your account and take a further look. If it a situation where a subscription would need to cancel and issue a refund, they will be able to this as well. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Quickbooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call back feature.

Literally this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 

 

I spent  2.5 hours on a word chat after spending an additional hour LOOKING for the solutions, which NEVER materialized.

 

I swear the word chat was a robot and it was like pulling teeth. I would have preferred a root canal instead of the LOOOONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS that it was. Then, they needed a credit card to complete my refund, I'll see how that goes...if I ever get my money back.

 

I assume Quick Books - Intuit has NO PERSONAL customer service so that you will just give up and quit, because you CAN NOT EVER talk to a person. This would have resolved my problem in 15-30 minutes.

 

HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

THIS DOES NOT WORK NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY!

 

In the future, if there is a different company that has accounting software I can use, I will switch.

 

This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and a COLOSSAL WASTE OF MY TIME, it totall SUCKED!!
