We have quickbooks desktop enterprise, we received an email saying our payroll subscription is renewing on Feb 14, but last year in May we added some more users and updated our subscription and that our renewal date should be May

They have the necessary tools to pull up your account and provide further information about this matter. This is to ensure that your account is in a secure environment since the Community is a public forum. 


To do that:

  1. In your browser, navigate to
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select the issue or topic.
  4. Click the Green Phone button to get the support number.
