I get a "Replace Customer:Job" notice when I import my Quickbooks Timer List into Pro Timer. As far I can tell, inactive customers and/or jobs are being added to the timer list and this is "confusing" Pro Timer. How do I correct this? (I would only like active Customers/Jobs to be brought in).
Although Pro Timer is still available for customers to use with QuickBooks, this feature has been discontinued.
We can no longer guarantee that this'll work perfectly in the newer version of QuickBooks. Since you're getting a notice when trying to import timer list, you'll need to manually enter them in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how:
Go to Employees at the top.
Under Enter Time, select Use Weekly Timesheet or Time / Enter Single Activity.
Add the needed details.
Hit Save & Close or Save & New.
You can also try looking for a third-party application that might be able to do this in Intuit Marketplace.
