Let me help get your reports running again. Let's refresh your page first and check if you can pull up your reports. Just press the Reload icon, then close and reopen QuickBooks.

 

 

If you still can't run your reports, then let's access your account using a private browser to check if this is a browser issue. Depending on your browser, here's how:

 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

Let's run your reports again using the private browser. If it works fine, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache on your regular browser to start fresh. You can also try switching to other supported browsers.
