Hello Glinette,
I know where to find the security settings. My question is WHICH one controls the right to reprint a receipt from Sales History
Hi there, Nanookh.
I've done some research into this for you, and from what I'm finding, it looks like you'll want to use the Open company data and Import/export data options in the security rights controls. If you turn both of these on for the group that the employee is a part of, they should be able to both view and print information from QuickBooks Point of Sale.
I'd be interested to know if this works for you. I'll be here to help if you have any questions. Enjoy the rest of your day.
Hi Zack,
Unfortunately that didn't work...
OK, after receiving some incorrect answers I decided to go the long way.
