Reset Lost Admin Password Quickbook Desktop Enterprise

Hi – How can we reset a lost admin user password in Quickbooks desktop? Please kindly advise. Thank you.

Reset Lost Admin Password Quickbook Desktop Enterprise

Hi polidoro_acc. The only way to do this is with the password reset tool. Here's a guide over how to use the password reset tool in QuickBooks desktop.

 

You will be required to input your License Number for QuickBooks Desktop. If you don't have the license number then, login to CAMPS to retrieve it.
