Resolving ERROR 15113 when importing transactions to QB Pro 21

Hello,

I've tried importing transactions from Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 18 to Quickbooks Pro 21, but it brings an error 15113 ie

ENDCUSTITEMDICT
; [ERROR] QNTY column is repeated or empty in the header [15113]
!INVITEM NAME REFNUM TIMESTAMP INVITEMTYPE DESC PURCHASEDESC ACCNT ASSETACCNT COGSACCNT QNTY QNTY PRICE COST

With this, I can only pull some transactions leaving behind a significant percentage unable to get imported. Please advise how I can resolve this error and manage to have all the transactions imported.

Hello there, @dostrim.

Let's fix and import the data from Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 2018 to Quickbooks Pro 2021.

Let's resort the list to import them correct to QuickBooks Pro 2021 without experiencing  error 15113. Please follow these steps:

  1. From the Lists menu, Items.
  2. Select the All Names checkbox.
  3. Select Edit at the top left of QuickBooks.
  4. Select Re-sort List.
  5. Select OK.

You can also click the View menu and select Resort List to do it. Here's an article about resorting lists for more details: Re-sort Lists.

Once done, you can import them again. I'd recommend checking this article for more insights and tips about importing data in QuickBooks: IIF Overview: import kit, sample files, and headers.

Please let me know if you need more help. I'll be around to assist you further. Take care and stay safe always.
