Revoked Certificate

Hi!

We would really like to utilize the Business Planner tool within QuickBooks (Premier Retail 2018) but when we launch it and agree to the terms, an Application with Revoked Certificate error pops up. I've followed the steps on how to fix that error (web connector is current as are the certificates expire 4/2021) so now what? I've ensured that Business Planner has been allowed access but this certificate error keeps popping up.

 

Other suggestions?

I'm glad to see you here in QuickBooks Community. I also appreciate you for providing detailed information on your concern including the troubleshooting steps you've done. I'll provide another instruction to remove the error that keeps popping up.

 

Since you've confirmed that the web connector is current or up to date, I suggest checking if the third-party digital signature is valid.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Right-click the application icon and select Open File Location.
  2. Right-click the application extension, for example, ApplicationName.exe, then choose Properties.
  3. Go to the Digital Signatures tab.
  4. From the Signature List, highlight the Name of Signer and select Details.
  5. From the General tab, choose View Certificate.
  6. Look at the Valid from dates. If the digital signature date expired, ask your IT to get the latest certification for the third-party application.
  7. Hit OK to close the window.

Revoked Certificate

Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, I had already confirmed the certificate. The expiration is 4/2021. I had previously read the articles you posted but am still stuck. The Business Planner continues to populate a revocation error when opened.
