Hi there, @SteveM4.
Thanks for posting here in the Community. I understand how the conversion progress concerns you today.
To ease your mind, it may take some time to convert your data. It's all right. The conversion tool will let you know if the conversion is successful.
Once it's finished, review your data by opening QuickBooks and make sure everything is there. Follow these steps below in reviewing the transfer log:
- Open the Windows Start menu, then search for and open File Explorer.
- Go to C:\USERS\[Your Windows User Name]\My Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks.
- Review the failed transaction log file in the folder to find any data that didn't transfer over.
For more detailed steps and procedures, check out this article: Convert from Sage 50 to QuickBooks Desktop. It also contains lists of conversion requirements to make sure you move your data over from Sage 50 with ease.
In case something went wrong during the conversion, I'd suggest you contact our QuickBooks Support team. They can help check and work with you to fix the issue.
For future reference, read through this article: Switch from different accounting software to QuickBooks Desktop. It helps you learn about data that will convert from your current accounting software to QuickBooks Desktop.
