Join nowI am using the QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop Version 20.0 with all updates installed. I have turned on the advanced inventory options and enabled Sales Orders. I am able to ad Sales Orders, but the Sales Order Fullfillment Worksheet does not recognize any sales orders. I have called the QB technical support three times on this topic. They claim that the problem is on my side due to an anti-virus program. I still get the problem with the program turned off. Any ideas? QuickBooks tech support has taken several hours of my time with no help.
I appreciate the details you've provided, @DBB1.
The sales orders should be shown in the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet window. Since it's not there, I can guide you on how to troubleshoot the QuickBooks Desktop program. This odd behavior happens when there's an update, system maintenance, or data damage.
Let's begin by creating a backup of your company file before updating the program. This is done so that you can undo the changes if there's an error. After updating, you can check back if the data is there.
If there are still no changes, you can proceed to run Verify to scan any program errors. Then, if there's an error you fix it using the Rebuild process. You can refer the steps here: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
However, if there's no error and the data is still not in the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet window, I'd suggest downloading the QuickBooks File Doctor. Here's an article for more information about the steps: QuickBooks Desktop doesn't start or won't open.
I've added this article for your future tasks about personalizing your forms in QuickBooks Desktop: Use and customize form templates.
You can always get back in this thread if you need further assistance or if you have other concerns. I'd be very willing to help you succeed. Take care always.
I completed all of the tasks listed in your response under the supervision of Intuit Quickbooks Help. Tickets #[removed] and #(removed). The QB Tech support agents said that it was my problem. It had to be my computer.
