I have an AirBnb and am trying to record the deposit for the recent tenant. When I create a sales receipt however, the bank account remains the same because it seems to be making two entries for the sales receipt. Why is it doing this? Ive attached a screen shot of the entries. Thank you.

It's possible that the deposit to account is directly linked to the bank account of that sales receipt. I've added a reply to your other post on how to record transactions for a property management company.

The item used on the sales receipt should not be linked to your bank account.
