Scanned debit card receipts from Neat showing up as checks under type in QBO



I am working going paperless this year with our business and looking to scan and map all of our paper receipts from expenses purchased from our business to put into QBO from NEAT


everything is working so far except that the scanned receipts from our debit card purchases show up as a check under payment type in our expenses in QBO


I've been on the phone past 2 days with QBO & Neat and have created sub account within our primary checking for the 2 debit cards but it keeps showing up as check

any suggestions??
