You can start troubleshooting by using an incognito window and upload your receipts from there. If the program responds smoothly, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is performed to avoid getting the same error in the future. If it's not working, you can use another supported browser.

- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: ⌘ + Option + P
- Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
