To start, try clearing the app's cache to remove all the data and make it like a fresh install. Here's how:
Go to the Settings to get to the Apps & notifications.
Tap See all(x)apps and select the it.
Hit Clear Cache.
Once done, log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) again to double-check. If the issue persists, let's reset the app to remove all unnecessary data. This can be done by going to Help and choosing Reset App Data.
If you're getting the same results, try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Here's how:
Drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
To completely remove the app, go to Finder and choose Empty Trash.
