I have two questions related to sending emails with Outlook using Quickbooks Desktop 2019 and Windows 10
1). In my Quickbooks Outlook is not showing up as a choice for email provider in edit, preferences, send forms. I checked in Windows, settings, default app and Outlook is selected for email.
2) A client wants to send emails with Outlook. Quickbooks opens Outlook and copy in the text. So this works fine. But the sender address is wrong. The client has several email Ids configured in Outlook. Quickbooks open the email with the sender id of the Microsoft Outlook.com id, which is not the default sender id in Outlook. Is there a way to tell Quickbooks which sender email id to use?

Let's perform some steps so you can set up Outlook as your email provider in the program.
For your first question, here are some reasons Outlook isn't showing as an option on the Send Forms preferences:
The Office 365 is only supported when it's locally installed, not the web version. You can verify the Outlook version if it's compatible for your 2019 version by checking out these system requirements.
Then, let's make sure Outlook is the preferred email program in Internet Explorer. If you're using the 9.0, 8.0 and 7.0 versions, here are the steps:
For Internet Explorer 6.0:
Once done, you can go back to your company file so you can set up Outlook as your email service.
For your second question, you can edit the Mail Profile settings in Windows. By doing so, you can choose which sender email ID to use. Here's how:

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the late answer.
To my first question that Outlook is not available in "send forms". I see WebMail, Mozilla Thunderbird and Quickbooks Email. I thought there may be a space issue and Outlook cannot be seen. So I removed Mozilla Thurnderbird from my system. Now I have two choice - Mozilla Thunderbird is gone - There is now a gap. Please see attached screenshot. Today I got a new patch in Quickbooks, June update. But no change. I guess to fix it, I ŵould need to re-install Quickbooks.
I have Office 365 Business Premium which gets frequent updates.
I followed the article you mentioned. But nothing helped.
As for my second question re Quickbooks creates Outlook email with wrong sender id. My client has Office 365 too. Latest Outlook and also Windows 10. You cannot any longer set default email provider in Internet Explorer. This is now integrated in the settings of Windows 10. My client has only one Outlook profile and within the profile 4 email id installed. Quickbooks should pick up the email ID set as default. Unfortunately it doesn't. It used the sender id of @Outlook..com . I think this is the same id (Microsoft account) which is used to login to Windows 10. I'm not sure, but I think with previous versions of Quickbooks used the correct email id from the Outlook profile.
