sent invoices need email address

I sent an invoice and after it was sent I accidently deleted the email address, and now I need it back. This is for quickbooks desktop.

The Audit Trail report lists each transaction and modification that affects it. Let's run this report and check the email address that was accidentally deleted.


Any information about the invoice that has been changed is highlighted in Bold Italic type in the report.

  1. Follow the first step above.
  2. Under Accountant & Taxes, choose Audit Trail.
  3. Click the Customize Report button, then click Filter.
  4. Search Transaction Type and choose Invoice.
  5. Set the date range at the top and click Refresh.
