Thanks for joining the Community, xty415. I'll help you with this problem on your invoices.
Initially, I'd recommend accessing a different company file and creating a test invoice with a couple/few line items, then trying to save it and separately print a copy out like you did before to see if the same results are present. If you're not encountering missing line items upon saving the record and printing it in this way, you'll want to return to your original company file and perform a verify and rebuild to check for possible data damage.
Here's how:
1. In the menu bar at the top, go to File, Utilities, then Verify Data.
2. If an issue is found, click Rebuild Now. Hit OK if no problems are detected.
1. Return to the File drop-down menu and move your cursor over Utilities again.
2. In the list of utilities, select Rebuild Data.
3. Follow the prompts to save a backup.
4. Once your backup is finished, the Rebuild Data utility will begin fixing problems located during the verify process.
5. Press OK when you see a Rebuild has completed message.
Once all steps have been completed, you can recreate the invoice (or a test one, if you'd prefer) to confirm if the issue has been resolved.
