Which billing app do you have? If they don't offer any integration to QBO, you may utilize an importer tool to speed up your works.

That doesn't help. I have already found (and have read) all the articles you included. I guess I'm going to have to call customer service for answers.

My billing software is not integrated with QB but I'm not concerned about manually entering data monthly. I've been doing that for years and it's not a big deal because I don't enter detail, only account totals.
